1. Field / Laboratory Technician at SGS
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct field sampling for various environments, including water, soil, and air quality.
- Operate laboratory instruments like spectrophotometers and chromatographs.
- Perform chemical tests, calibrate lab equipment, and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Identify and assess asbestos-containing materials (ACMs).
- Document and report experimental results with statistical analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry (Master’s preferred).
- 5-8 years of experience in Environmental Monitoring & Laboratory Testing.
- BOHS P-402 Certificate or training in asbestos management surveying.

- Provide expert training in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other management systems.
- Conduct training for sustainability, ESG business certifications, and IT security.
- Ensure smooth training operations and report updates to the business manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Certification Body or Training Center.
- Graduate degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or IT Engineering.
- CQI/IRCA Approved Lead Tutor/Lead Auditor in at least two ISO standards.
- Experience in delivering ISO Lead Auditor Public Courses (Minimum 5 Sessions/Standard).
- Willingness to travel within the Middle East for training assignments.
